Joseph O'Brien

Joseph O’Brien, a strategic leader with an extensive background in Asset Backed consumer and commercial finance joined Source One as COO in 2024. His twenty-two years of experience includes highly successful Executive Leadership experience in Operations, Lending, Collections and Servicing, Compliance, Sales and Marketing. Prior to Source One he held numerous Senior Executive roles including SVP and co-founder of Kinetic Advantage, SVP of Operations at Coastal Credit and President of Dealers’ Financial Services. As COO of Source One, Mr. O’Brien oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and sales. Mr. O’Brien has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College.
