David Morris

David Morris serves on ECN Capital’s Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Morris recently retired as a senior audit partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP after serving over 41 years with the Firm. He has extensive experience auditing global financial institutions and public companies. Mr. Morris has worked closely with senior management of these companies and with audit committees on a number of special engagements relating to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and complex transactions. Mr. Morris also has a strong background with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission registrants, including internal controls over financial reporting. Mr. Morris has acted as an advisor to senior management and directors throughout his career.

Mr. Morris is a graduate of McGill University.
