Randall Yasny

Mr. Randall Yasny was most recently Chief Investment Officer of ECN Capital. Mr. Yasny joined ECN as a Senior Vice President, with 30 years’ experience in law, corporate finance and investment management. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was a portfolio manager and headed the Canadian office of Liberty Harbor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Yasny originated and managed investments in Canadian public and private securities at the Toronto offices of Moore Capital Management and Amaranth Advisors. He began his corporate finance career at CIBC’s Toronto investment banking and New York merchant banking groups, after practising corporate law in Toronto at Fasken.

Mr. Yasny received a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (1988) and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago (1994).
